We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however we know that sometimes an item is not exactly what you wanted. To aid in returning or exchanging your item, please see the below policy and the return process.
To exchange an item there is no fee, however the item must be in original condition with all packaging intact and shipped to us at your expense.
To return a non-defective item a restock fee and our original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund-please see below.
All return requests must be made within 15 days of the shipment date. Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on any used item unless it is defective. All non-defective items must be returned in their original condition, the way you received them. This includes in original packaging with any original tags attached.
All returns need to be pre-authorized. Please follow the instructions below to process a return. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of items unless those items are defective.

- Your Company Name (if applicable)
- Your Name
- The Order #
- What you are returning or exchanging.
- A brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number - YOU MUST OBTAIN THIS NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT. The goods associated with this RA number must be post marked within 7 days of the number's issuance. Please make sure to clearly mark your RA number on the shipping label of your package.
We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.
Once an item has been received at our warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days to process a credit or exchange. We will notify you via e-mail once a credit has been issued. You can check on the status of your return at any time by contacting Customer Service.
**Returns on non-defective items will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees include any fees you paid for original shipment and/or any fees we paid for original shipment. We do offer "free" shipping on all orders $25.00 or more, however, this shipment is not "free" for us. Therefore original shipping fees that we paid on "free" shipping orders will be deducted from your refund**
Any item not in resale condition will be refunded at our discretion.
